温馨交流卡在老年荣军疗养患者健康教育中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨温馨交流卡在老年荣军疗养患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法将300例内科住院患者随机分为观察组与对照组各150例。对照组根据患者住院的不同阶段按以往的方法实施健康教育。观察组在此基础上采用自行设计的温馨交流卡进行健康教育。结果两组患者对健康教育知识的掌握程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组96%的患者对交流卡的形式和内容感到满意。结论温馨交流卡用于老年荣军疗养患者健康教育易被患者接受,提高了健康教育效果及护理质量。Objective To investigate the application effect of warm communication cards in health education on elderly disabled soldier convalescents. Methods 300 cases of hospitalized convalescents were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 150 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional health education according to the different stages of hospitalization. The observation group was given self-designed warm communication cards for health education besides the conventional health education. Results The differences of health education knowledge grasped by the two groups were of statistic significance（P 〈 0.05）;96% of the ob-servation group was satisfied with the form and content of the communication card.Conclusion Warm communication cards can be easily accepted by elderly disabled soldier convalescents for health education, thus improve the effect of health education and nursing quality.
