后危机时代辽宁与东北亚区域经贸合作的新思路

摘　　要：后危机时代辽宁省对外经贸合作面临新形势:世界经济形势的不确定性加大,东北亚区域经济合作模式亟须调整,中国经济结构调整和经济增长方式转变势在必行。新形势给辽宁与东北亚区域经贸合作带来新的机遇与挑战。新时期辽宁与东北亚区域要发挥地缘优势,开展多元化经贸合作;深化科技领域合作,加速产业升级;继续加强能源合作,合作开发旅游资源;深化生态、环保领域合作。Foreign economic and trade cooperation in Liaoning Province is facing with new situation after financial crisis.Uncertainty in world economic situation is increasing.The economic cooperation pattern in Northeast Asia region needs adjusting.Meanwhile,the adjustment of economic structure and the transformation of economic growth mode are imperative in China.New situation brings new chance and challenge to the regional economic cooperation between Liaoning and Northeast Asia.Both regions should take advantage of their regional predominance,strengthen their cooperation in the fields of technology,energy,tourism,ecological and environmental protection.
