基于和谐管理理论的专业特色形成研究

摘　　要：专业特色建设是实施高等教育质量工程的一项重要内容,对改变我国高校专业"千校一面"的现实、提高各校专业的竞争力具有重要的意义。针对我国专业建设往往重视经验个案的介绍而缺乏一般意义理论的概括的研究现状,以和谐管理理论为基础,遵循其三阶段的分析框架提出了专业特色化建设模型,以某校工程管理专业特色化建设为例,探讨了其基于特色化建设模型专业特色的路径。Specialty construction is an important part of implementing quality project of higher education,and it is also significant to improve the competitiveness of universities and to change the reality of all our universities having the same developmental patterns.Previous studies put great emphasis on the introduction of empirical case for professional development and were lack of general theory.The present study proposes a specialization construction model based on harmonious management theory and three-stage analysis framework.The study takes the specialty construction of the engineering management of a university as an example to discuss its developmental path with specialty feature based on specialty construction.
