摘 要:针对国际上核用Inconel 690焊丝TIG焊微裂纹问题,利用扫描电镜、俄歇电子分析等方法对微裂纹断口微观组织形貌、特征点的成分进行研究。结果表明,Inconel 690焊丝TIG焊微裂纹主要是结晶裂纹,原因是由S,P在晶界偏析引起的低熔点共晶物。通过对结晶裂纹的产生机理和影响因素的系统研究,指出Inconel 690焊丝TIG焊微裂纹主要是由S,P引起的结晶裂纹,而不是只有DDC裂纹,通过定量分析S,P与裂纹关系,提出了防止微裂纹产生的条件,并制造出无微裂纹的HS690,HS690M焊丝。Microcrack in TIG(tungsten inert-gas)welding with Inconel 690 wire for nuclear application is a difficult problem in the world.The chemical composition of feature points and microstructure pattern of microcrack fracture were analyzed by SEM and AES.Results show that most of microcracks are solidification cracks which caused by low-melting eutectic microstructures.By the study on mechanism and influencing factor of solidification cracks,a new theory was proposed that microcrack in TIG welding with Inconel 690 wire was caused mainly by solidification cracks rather than ductility dip cracking.By analyzing the relevance between the cracks and contents of S and P,a criterion that prevents the formation of microcracks was proposed,HS690 and HS690M welding wires without microcrack in deposited metal were produced.
