摘　　要：采用可调拘束试验,初步研究了Nb元素对HS690焊丝熔敷金属结晶裂纹的影响。试验结果表明:含Nb焊丝熔敷金属的临界应变速率低、最大裂纹长度大和结晶裂纹敏感性大。The effect of Nb on welding solidification cracking in weld metal of HS690 nickel-based alloy welding wire was investigated by transvarestraint test.The results of research showed that the wire with Nb has lower critical strain rate,longer maximum cracking length,which has larger cracking susceptibility.The low-melting Nb-rich eutectic is the reason that leads to the generation of the cracking.
