特比奈芬凝胶治疗206例浅部真菌病患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸特比奈芬凝胶对浅部真菌病的治疗效果。方法选择206例浅部真菌病患者,外用特比奈芬凝胶治疗,每日2次,3周后观察疗效。结果特比奈芬凝胶治疗体股癣、花斑糠疹及手足癣等浅部真菌感染的总有效率分别为97.8%、94%、90.9%。结论特比奈芬凝胶外用治疗浅部真菌病的疗效确切。Objective Hydrochloride terbinafine gel treatment of superficial mycoses.Methods 206 cases of superficial mycoses in patients with topical terbinafine gel treatment,2 times a day,three weeks after effects were observed.Results Terbinafine tinea corporis on the body of gel in the treatment of piebald pityriasis and tinea and other superficial fungal infection of the total efficiency of 97.8%,respectively,94%,90.9%.Conclusion Terbinafine gel topical treatment of superficial fungal disease curative effect.
