加味增液汤结合生物反馈训练治疗阴虚肠燥型慢性功能性便秘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨加味增液汤结合生物反馈训练治疗阴虚肠燥型慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法 2011年1月至2011年10月共收治慢性功能性便秘(chronic functional constipation,CFC)患者42例(男性20例,女性22例),随机分为:加味增液汤结合生物反馈训练治疗组(A组)20例,单纯生物反馈训练治疗组(B组)22例;4周为1个疗程,共1个疗程。试验期间原则上停用其他相关治疗药物。结果 A组对CFC的总有效率为90%,B组对CFC的总有效率为77.27%,A组和B组具有显著性差异(P=0.036<0.05),A组的总有效率优于B组。结论加味增液汤结合生物反馈训练对阴虚肠燥型慢性功能性便秘疗效更佳。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Treatment of Chronic Functional Constipation by Modified Fluid-Increasing Decoction Combined with Biofeedback Method.Methods 42 patients（20males and females） of chronic functional constipation（CFC） were theated in the January to October 2011.The patients were randomly divided into;Modified Fluid-Increasing Decoction Combined with Biofeedback Method group（A 20 cases）,a simple biofeedback training group（B 22cases）.4 weeks for a cure,a course of treatment.During the test others therapeutic agents were disabled in principle.Results The total effective rate of A group was 90%,while B group OF the total effective rate was 77.27%.There was a significant difference（P=0.0360.05） by statistical analysis in the results of A group and B group,A group in the total efficiency is better than that of B group.Conclusion The better clinilcal efficacy war acquired in the treatment of Chronic Functional Constipation by Modified Fluid-Increasing Decoction Combined with Biofeedback.
