摘　　要：目的探讨非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的临床表现特征、发病原因、鼻内镜手术及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院于2006年1月至2009年12月经鼻内镜手术治疗的49例非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的临床特点、诊断、治疗及术后病理检查进行分析总结。结果全部病例术后随访6个月至37个月,其中2例术后复发,复发率为3%,无并发症发生。结论鼻内镜手术是治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的有效方法,可全方位的开放各组鼻窦,清除病灶。同时也很大程度上减轻了侵损性操作,并缩短诊治时间。定期随诊可避免和减少复发。该技术可作为治愈非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的理想方法。Objective Non invasive fungal sinusitis of the clinical features,pathogenesis,and clinical therapeutic effect of nasal endoscopic operation.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2006January to2009 12 menstrual nasal endoscopic operation in treatment of 49 cases of non invasive fungal sinusitis in the clinical characteristics,diagnosis,treatment and postoperative pathologic examination were analyzed and summarized.Results All cases were followed up for 6months to 37 months,including 2 cases of postoperative recurrence,relapse rate was 3%,no complications occurred.Conclusion Nasal endoscopic operation is the treatment of non invasive fungal sinusitis and effective method,can all-around open clusters of paranasal sinuses,removal of the lesion.At the same time,also a large extent reduce the erosion operation,and shorten the treatment time.Regular follow-up can be avoided and reduced recurrence.The technique can be used as a cure for non invasive fungal sinusitis ideal method.
