摘　　要：目的探讨应用手法整复外固定架固定治疗胫骨骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性应用手法整复外固定架固定治疗胫骨骨折的病例36例。结果所有病例均获随访,骨折愈合时间3~6月,平均4.2月。无骨折不愈合情况发生。结论手法整复外固定架固定治疗胫骨骨折具有创伤小,固定牢靠,骨折愈合时间短的特点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the application of the reduction manipulation fixed frame fixation for the clinical curative effect of tibial fractures.Methods A retrospective application the reduction manipulation fixed frame fixed treatment tibial fractures 36 cases of cases.Results All cases have been followed up,the healing time 3 ~ 6 months,an average of 4.2 months.Without fracture nonunion happens.Conclusion The reduction manipulation fixed frame tibial fractures treated with a traumatic small,fixed firm,the healing time short characteristics,and clinical application.
