放置三种爱母牌宫内节育器的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察三种爱母牌宫内节育器(IUD)的临床性能。方法随机放置MYCu宫内节育器(MYCuIUD)、MCu功能性宫内节育器(MCuIUD)及MCuⅡ功能性宫内节育器(MCuⅡIUD)各200例,于放置后1、3、6、12个月随访。结果三组放置IUD使用12个月累积带器妊娠率依次为0/每百妇女年、1.01/每百妇女年、0.50/每百妇女年,累积脱落率依次为1.01/每百妇女年、0.50/每百妇女年、0/每百妇女年,因副反应取出依次为1.54/每百妇女年、3.12/每百妇女年、2.56/每百妇女年,三组放置IUD使用12个月各项终止率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);放置IUD 1个月有副反应发生MYCu组比MCu组与MCuⅡ组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),主要表现为月经异常和腰腹疼痛,放置IUD 3个月后三组各项副反应发生差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),MCu组与MCuⅡ组4次随访副反应比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三种爱母牌IUD具有带器妊娠率低、脱落率低、因副反应取出率低的优点,值得推广使用;MYCuIUD含吲哚美辛,放置IUD初期出血和疼痛症状少,价格稍高;MYCuIUD与MCuⅡIUD铜表面积符合国家标准,取出时容易;使用中医生可根据情况酌情选择。Objective To observe the clinical performance of three kinds of AiMu intrauterine devices（IUD）.Methods Randomly inserted MYCu intrauterine device（MYCuIUD）,MCu functional intrauterine device（MCu IUD）,and MCuⅡ functional intrauterine device（MCuⅡIUD）each for 200 cases,and followed up after 1,3,6,and 12 months.Results After 12 months,for the three groups of IUDs,the accumulative pregnancy rates were 0/100 women per year,1.01/100 women per year,and 0.50 /100 women per year respectively;The accumulative expulsion rates were 1.01/100 women per year,0.50 /100 women per year,and 0/100 women per year respectively;The rates of removal due to side effects were 1.54/100 women per year,3.12/100 women per year,and 2.56/100 women per year respectively.The difference among the termination rates of three kinds of IUDs applied for 12 months had no statistical significance（P0.05）.After 1 month,the side effects occurrence rate of MYCu group,mainly abnormal menstruation and pain in the abdomen and waist,was lower than that of MCu and MCuⅡgroups.The difference had statistical significance（P0.05）.After three months,the difference of the side effects occurrence rate of three IUD groups had no statistical significance（P0.05）.The difference of side effects between MCu and MCuII groups in 4 follow-up visits had no statistical significance after comparison（P0.05）.Conclusion With such advantages as low pregnancy rate,expulsion rate,and rate of removal due to side effects,three kinds of AiMu IUDs deserve promotion and application.For MYCu IUD containing indometacin,such symptoms as bleeding and pain during early insertion is lower,but the price is slight higher.For MYCu IUD and MCu II IUD,their copper surface areas comply with national standards and are easy for removal.So choosing accordingly is recommended during application.
