摘　　要：目的建立贞芪扶正薄膜衣片的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定贞芪扶正薄膜衣片中齐墩果酸的含量。流动相:乙腈-甲醇-水-乙酸铵(70∶16∶14∶0.5);流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长:215nm;柱温为室温。结果在0.00824～2.06mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),线性方程为y=9905.62+2012.30x。平均回收率为99.57%,RSD=1.01%(n=5)。结论所建立的方法简便、快速,结果可靠、准确,可用于贞芪扶正薄膜衣片的质量控制。Objective To determine the contents of the Zhenqifuzheng film-coatd tables by HPLC.Methods The HPLC method was established for the content determination of oleanolic acid in the Zhenqifuzheng film-coatd tables,was used with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-methanol-waterammonium acetate（70：16：14：0.5）,the flow rare was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 215 nm,and the column tempreture was room temperature.Results A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.00824~2.06mg/mL（r= 0.9999）,linear equation is y=9905.62＋2012.30x,the average recovery was 99.57% with RSD of 1.01%（n=5）.Conclution The established method is simple,fast,reliable,accurate,and can be used as quality control of the Zhenqifuzheng film-coatd tables.
