摘  要:目的通过对比研究探讨微量注射泵对人工气道持续湿化的效果。方法将80例插管或气道切开患者随机分为2组:研究组40例采用微量注射泵持续推注湿化气道,对照组40例采用传统的气道滴注湿化法。观察﹑比较2组的湿化效果、相关并发症发生情况、吸痰次数、吸痰前后的血氧饱和度。结果研究组的湿化效果明显优于对照组(P<0.01)、相关并发症发生率及吸痰次数明显低于对照组(P<0.01)、对患者血氧饱和度的影响明显小于对照组(P<0.01)。结论微量注射泵对人工气道持续湿化的效果明显优于传统气道滴注。Objective To investigate the effect of micro-injection pump on artificial airway humidification.Methods Eighty patients undergoing tracheal intubation or tracheotomy were randomly assigned to receive either continual artificial airway humidification with micro-injection pump(investigation group,n=40)or traditional airway instillation humidification(control group,n=40).Humidification effects,complications,frequency of sputum aspiration,and blood oxygen saturation before and after sputum aspiration were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,continual artificial airway humidification with micro-injection pump significantly improved humidification effects and obviously decreased the incidence of complications,frequency of sputum aspiration and influence on oxygen saturation(P〈0.01).Conclusion Continual artificial airway humidification with micro-injection pump is superior to traditional airway instillation humidification.
