摘 要:分析了我国传统预制装配式混凝土楼板及当前现浇混凝土楼板中常见裂缝的类型、产生原因及防治措施。指出施加预应力和采用预制混凝土构件是避免裂缝出现的有效方法。建议采用高效预应力装配整体式楼板及预应力双向叠合式楼板 。In this paper, causes as well as protective measures of common cracks occurred in the traditional precast concrete floor slabs and the current cast in situ monolithic concrete floor slabs are analyzed. A conclusion has been pointed out that the application of prestressed and precast concrete members is the effective measure to avoid cracking in floor slabs. Therefore, the adoption of the high efficiency prestressing assembled concrete floor slab or the prestressed two way superposition concrete floor slab is suggested to control cracking of concrete floor slabs for widening bay room residence.
