摘 要:通过多道次热轧、热处理试验和显微组织观察,研究了不同热轧工艺对7055铝合金热轧组织和热处理组织的影响规律,其中热轧工艺选取常规热轧工艺和大道次压下工艺。结果表明,大道次压下工艺可以使7055铝合金厚板芯部获得均匀变形,并充分破碎粗大第二相;经470℃×90min单级固溶处理,大道次压下工艺获得的厚板芯部的粗大第二相获得了比较充分的熔接;120℃×24h时效处理后,大道次压下工艺获得的厚板的再结晶体积分数较常规轧制工艺获得的厚板降低约15%。Effects of different hot rolling processes on microstructure of hot-rolling and heat-treatment 7055 aluminum alloy have been investigated by hot rolling,heat-treatment and optical microscope observation,in which the hot rolling processes included general process and the process of severe reduction for per pass.The results show that,after severe reduction for per pass,uniform deformed microstructure in the center part can be observed in 7055 aluminum alloy plate,and the coarse second phase is sufficiently broken up.The second phase is fully dissolved into the center part of the plate rolled by the process of large reduction for per pass after solid-solution at 470 ℃ for 90 min.Compared with those by general rolling process,the recrystallization grain volume fraction is decreased by 15% in the plate rolled by the process of large reduction for per pass after aged at 120 ℃ for 24 hours.
