摘 要:草地灌溉是促进牧区经济社会发展,保护草原生态的重要手段,对其效益的正确评价有利于牧区草地灌溉工程持续、健康发展。针对西藏高寒牧区草地灌溉工程效益评价的薄弱环节,以拉萨市当雄县为对象,运用层次分析法从生态、经济、社会效益入手,对其综合效益进行初步定量评价。结果表明,到2020年当雄县8 873hm2草地灌溉工程建成后综合效益达到60.29,较现状增加了18.91。各指标能够全面反映高寒牧区草地灌溉工程综合效益。当雄县案例分析表明,草地灌溉工程综合效益显著,在高寒牧区的推广建设前景广泛。Lawn irrigation is an important means to promote economic development and protect the grassland ecology in pasturing area So, the correct evaluation of its efficiency is beneficial for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of lawn irrigation in pasturing area. In this paper, according to the weak link of benefit evaluation of lawn irrigation project in Tibet alpine pasturing are- a, the DangXiong county of Lhasa city is taken as the studying object and the analytic hierarchy process is applied to proceed initial quantitative evaluation of its comprehensive benefit from the aspects of ecology, economic and social benefit. The results show that when the 8873hm^2 lawn irrigation project will be finished in 2020 in Dangxiong County, the comprehensive benefit will reach to 60. 29, which is larger than that in present situation by 18. 91. And every index can overall reflect the comprehensive benefit of lawn irrigation in alpine pasturing area. DangXiong case study shows that the comprehensive benefit of lawn irrigation project is significantly increased and this method has wide popularizing prospect in alpine pasturing region.
