鸡血藤商品药材质量评析

摘　　要：目的对鸡血藤商品药材质量现状进行分析与评价。方法观察与描述鸡血藤药材断面的性状特征；依照《中华人民共和国药典》2010年版一部附录XA方法测定醇溶性浸出物含量；采用高效液相色谱法同时测定鸡血藤中原儿茶酸、儿茶素、表儿茶素的含量。结果鸡血藤商品药材饮片的直径大小及其断面含树脂的环纹数均具有较明显的差异；醇溶性浸出物在5．80～10．47％之间；原儿茶酸、儿茶素、表儿茶素含量分别为0．005％～0．024％，0．021％～0．133％，0．029％～0．266％。结论鸡血藤商品药材质量差异较大，部分商品药材尚未达到入药要求。Objective To investigate the status of the quality of medicinal material of Caulis Spatholobi. Methods The sectional characteristics of Caulis Spatholobi were observed. Ethanol-soluble extractives were measured by the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia（a） Appendix XA（2010 edition）, and the contents of protoeatechuic acid, catechin, and epicatechin in Caulis Spatholobi were determined by HPLC. Results There were obvious differences of slice diameter and resin-containing ring pattern count in the samples of medicinal material of Caulis Spatholobi. The contents of the ethanol-soluble extractives were 3.07 %-11.62 %. The contents of protocateehuic acid, eatechin, epicateehin were 0.005 %-0.024 %, 0.021%-0.133 %, and 0.029 %-0.266 %, respectively. Conclusion The quality of medicinal material of Caulis Spatholobi varies greatly, and some of them were inferior to the standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia （ edition 2010）.
