摘　　要：针对科技数据资源的分散性而导致科研主体获取信息方式的单一性问题以及利用开放资源和免费资源的复杂性问题,介绍面向科研主体的资源融汇、知识组织与集成服务的ISCAS群组学科知识平台的设计方法,以及利用支撑工具保障平台可持续性发展的应用实践。The dispersion of scientific resources leads to the issues that the researchers obtain the information singularly and use the open resources complicatedly. To solve these problems, the method of designing ISCAS group platform based on resource integration, knowledge organization and service integration is proposed, and the practice that keeps the plat- form developing sustainably by using supporting tools is presented.
