摘  要:采用单因素随机区组试验设计,研究了不同浓度多效唑和乙稀利对"台农一号"芒果抽生花序的影响。结果表明:"台农一号"芒果摘除早花后,叶面喷施1次300、450、600mg/L的多效唑与200、250、300mg/L的乙稀利,均有提高二次花抽花率的作用;多效唑浓度在300~600mg/L范围内,催花效果与浓度呈正相关;乙稀利浓度250mg/L的抽花率比200mg/L的高,300mg/L时流胶现象比较严重,抽花率反而比250mg/L时低。多效唑与乙稀利各处理对花序长度均有不同程度的降低。The single-factor randomized block experiment was adopted and found out that different density of paclobutrazol and ethephon had different influence on the flowering rate of ‘Tainung No.1’Mango.The results showed that 300,450,600mg/L paclobutrazol and 200,250,300 mg/L ethephon,all of them would improve secondary flowing rate.Paclobutrazol in a certain range of concentration(300~600mg/L) increased with the dose to enhance efficacy.250mg/L ethephon had a higher rate than 200mg/L ethephon.However,300mg/L ethephon had a lower rate than 250mg/L ethephon because of a serious gum.What’s more,the length of florescence had decreased in varying degrees after treated with paclobutrazol and ethephon.
