雷公藤多苷片对中老年慢性肾炎患者尿蛋白及C反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的研究雷公藤多苷片对中老年慢性肾炎患者蛋白尿的治疗作用及其与C-反应蛋白(CRP)的关系。方法 60例中老年慢性肾炎患者随机分为雷公藤多苷片组和对照组各30例,观察24h尿蛋白定量、血浆CRP、肝肾功能及血常规的变化。结果治疗3月后,雷公藤组的24h尿蛋白定量、CRP明显低于对照组(P<0.05);肝肾功能与对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论雷公藤多苷片能减轻中老年慢性肾炎患者尿蛋白排出,该作用可能通过降低炎症因子CRP的抗炎作用实现。Objective To study the therapeutic effects of Triptolid on proteinuria,CRP,in the middle and eld-aged Patients with chronic nephritis.Methods Sixty middle-aged patients with chronic nephritis were randomized to receive Triptolid（20mg,tid,po） group or control group for three months.Plasma C-reactive protein（CRP）,24h proteinuria,proteinuria,CRP,were measured before and after the study.Results Hepatic and renal function of patients between Triptolid and placebo groups were similar（P 0.05）.After 3 months treatment,CRP,proteinuria in Triptolid group were decreased significantly compared to those in placebo group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Triptolid was shown to be a beneficial on reduction proteinuria in the middle and eld-aged Patients with chronic nephritis which may be attributed to its antinflammatory effect of lower in plasma CRP levels.
