摘　　要：综合医院肩负着临床医学专业研究生的培养工作。在转化医学背景下,医院应该着眼于社会需求,培养具有转化医学理念和能力的医学专业人士。这对于加快临床专业人才的培养,实现临床与基础的一体化,推动转化医学发展、造福患者都具有极其重要的意义。Hospitals shoulder the clinical professional graduate training.In the context of transformation of medical,we should be oriented to social needs,training with ability of transforming medicine and medical professionals.This is extremely important to accelerate the training of clinical professionals to achieve the integration of clinical and basic,to promote the development of translational medicine and benefit patients.
