牵引加手法正脊配合钟摆式练功法治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨牵引加手法正脊配合钟摆式练功法治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症的临床疗效。方法:我院治疗的退行性腰椎滑脱症患者45例,均采用牵引加手法正脊配合钟摆式练功法进行治疗。结果:45例患者中,治疗34例,显效7例,好转2例,无效2例,总有效率为95.56%。治疗后患者的Oswestry功能障碍指数评分与治疗前相比有明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:牵引加手法正脊配合钟摆式练功法治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症具有操作简单、患者痛苦小、疗效确切的特点,值得临床推广使用。Objective： Explore traction and technique is ridge with pendulum acrobatics treatments for degenerative lumbar olisthe disease clinical curative effect.Methods： Our hospital treatment degenerative lumbar olisthe in patients in 45 cases, all use traction and technique is ridge with pendulum acrobatics method for treatment. Results： 45 cases, the treatment of 34 cases, 7 cases improved, 2 cases effectiveness and 2 cases, the total effective rate was 95.56%. After the treatment of patients with Oswestry dysfunction index score and before treatment compared with reduced significantly （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Traction and technique is ridge with pendulum acrobatics treatments for degenerative lumbar olisthe disease has simple operation, little pain, curative effect of the exact characteristics, and promote the use of clinical.
