摘 要:温度和压力对气体在树脂熔体的溶解度和扩散过程有很大影响。通过在不同模具温度和型腔体积下制备发泡PS树脂材料,研究注塑工艺中模具温度和释压工艺对树脂材料发泡行为的影响。结果表明:在压力变化或模具温度相对较小的条件下,模具温度的提高有利于泡孔的长大、并泡过程,压力释放有利于泡孔的形核过程;在模具温度高和压力变化大的条件下,温度和释压工艺对发泡行为的协同作用效应显著,发泡行为以形核过程为主。The temperature and the pressure had great influence on the solubility and the diffusion process of the gas in the resin during the foaming process. The influence of the mould temperature and the pressure-release on the foaming behavior of the foamed polystyrene were investigated by controlling the mould temperature and mould cavity volume. The results showed that the increasing of the mould temperature was beneficial to the cell growth and merging process, and the pressure release was beneficial to the cell nucleation process when the pressure change was smaller or the mould temperature was lower relatively. When the mould temperature and the pressure change were more higher and greater, the cooperative effects of the mould temperature and the pressure-release process on the foaming behavior was significant and resulted with the characteristic of the cell nucleation process mainly in the foaming behavior.
