摘 要:采用熔融共混法制备马来酸酐(MA)封端的聚碳酸亚丙酯/碳酸钙(PPC-MA/CaCO3)复合材料,讨论纳米碳酸钙(nano-CaCO3)和重质碳酸钙(heavy-CaCO3)这2种填料对PPC/CaCO3复合材料的增强作用和热稳定性的影响。结果表明:nano-CaCO3能够显著提高复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度,而heavy-CaCO3对PPC/CaCO3复合材料有较强的增韧作用。用MA封端剂提高了PPC/CaCO3复合材料的力学性能。SEM显示MA能改善CaCO3填料与PPC基体的界面相容性。热重分析结果说明添加2种CaCO3都使复合材料的热分解温度有不同程度的降低,heavy-CaCO3复合材料的热稳定性比nano-CaCO3复合材料好。Composite comprised of poly ( propylene carbonate) end-capped with maleic anhydride and calcium carbonate (PPC-MA/CaCO3 ) were prepared via melting blending. The effects, on both enhancement properties and thermal properties, of mixing PPC/CaCO3 with either nano-calcium carbonate or heavy-calcium carbonate were evaluated. The results of trial showed that nano-calcium carbonate elevated tensile strength and flexural strength of PPC/CaCO3 obviously, and heavy-calcium carbonate toughened PPC/CaCO3 evidently. Additionally,the mechanical properties of composite were improved by end-capping reaction of MA on PPC. SEM examination revealed that the interracial adhesion between CaCO3 and PPC was improved by adding MA. Moreover, thermogravimetric measurements indicated that either calcium carbonate respectively decreased the thermo-oxidative stability of composite in some degree. However, in the thermal stability, heavy-CaCO3 composite was better than nano-CaCO3 composite.
