摘  要:用离散单元法对单螺杆挤出固体粒子输送运动进行模拟,所得结果与实验和塞流模型对比,进而验证了离散单元法的有效性。速度计算结果显示了螺槽内各粒子的运动情况,此外还研究了物料参数如颗粒大小、摩擦系数以及螺杆转速对固体输送量的影响。The discrete element method was employed to simulate pellets movement in solid conveying section in single- screw extruder. The effectiveness of discrete element method was verified by comparing the results from the calculating with that from the experiment and the plug flow model. Every particle' s motion in the spiral groove could be known from their velocity vector field. The effects of material characteristic parameters, such as particle size, the friction coefficient as well as screw rotation speed on the conveying throughput were also investiaated.
