摘　　要：根据汽车方向盘座塑件的材料与结构特性,模具采用热流道与多潜伏式浇口浇注系统型式,成型零件采用多块镶拼结构;为实现多方位的抽芯,外侧抽芯采用斜滑块侧向抽芯机构、内侧抽芯采用斜顶抽芯机构;采用二次推出方式实现推出,均匀布局冷却管道保证冷却效果;解决了多活动型芯及复杂抽芯机构设计问题。According to the material and structural properties of the car steering wheel base plastic part, the mold used hot runner system and submarine gate type, and molding parts used multiple insert type structure. To achieve multiple direction core pulling,inclined slider lateral pulling mechanism and inclined lifting pulling mechanism were used in the lateral and the inside position. Double-ejecting mechanism and uniform layout of the cooling pipe were used to ensure that the cooling effect. The design problems of multiple movement core and complex core pulling mechanism was solved.
