摘　　要：目前,高新技术产业园区发展面临着如何将知识产权融入园区经济发展和产业转型升级的困境。基于服务质量理论,在产业集群视角下,以园区知识产权管理与服务模式内涵为基础,把脉了产业集群发展的知识产权诉求,探究了园区知识产权管理与服务模式及其机理,旨在引领园区明晰转型期知识产权管理与服务的新理念,并为其更有效地整合园区内外部知识产权资源、提升知识产权财富价值,以及确保园区产业链群效应的增值提供理论参考。Intellectual property has become the strategic resource and core element of the regional development. Under this situation, park faces with the confusion how to integrate intellectual property into economic develop- ment and industrial upgrade. Based on the theory of service quality and theoretical connotation of park＇s intellectu- al property management and service modes from the perspective of industrial cluster, the paper analyzes the mech- anism of park＇s Intellectual property management and service modes, aiming to provide theoretical support and ap- plicational guidance for park governors to promote the values of IP and ensure the effect of industrial upgrade.
