摘 要:采用批式试验的方法研究了不同亚硝酸盐浓度下厌氧颗粒污泥的产气特性,并对颗粒污泥在高亚硝酸盐浓度下的反硝化动力学特性进行了分析。结果表明:①当厌氧颗粒污泥中只含有产甲烷菌时,加入NO2--N后,首先发生反硝化反应。当NO2--N浓度较低时对产甲烷菌的抑制作用较小,反硝化结束后会逐渐恢复产甲烷反应,浓度较高时则会完全抑制产甲烷反应。②高浓度的NO2--N对反硝化具有抑制作用,采用修正后的Monod模型描述了高浓度NO2--N对反硝化速率的影响,得到最大反硝化速率为2.394 mgNO2--N/(mgMLVSS·h),亚硝酸盐氮的半饱和常数为948 mg/L,亚硝酸盐氮抑制反硝化反应的抑制系数为0.003 08;当亚硝酸盐氮浓度>300mg/L时,会对反硝化反应造成抑制。The biogas production characteristics of anaerobic granular sludge at different nitrite concentrations were investigated by batch experiments, and the denitrification kinetics of the sludge at high nitrite concentration were analyzed. When the anaerobic granular sludge contained only methanogens, the denitrification occurred fight after adding nitrite. When a low concentration of nitrite inhibited methanogens slightly, the methanogenic reaction was gradually recovered after the completion of denitrification. Higher nitrite concentration inhibited the methanogenic reaction and denitrification. The effect of high nitrite concentration on denitrification was described using the modified Monod model. The maximum denitrification rate, half saturation constant of nitrite nitrogen and nitrite inhibition coefficient in denitrification were 2. 394 mgNO^-2-N/(mgMLVSS ·h), 948 mg/L and 0. 003 08, respectively. Nitrite would inhibit denitrification when its concentration exceeded 300 mz/L.
