摘 要:逐点校正已经成为高端显示屏制造必备工序,然而,虽然校正后整体亮色均匀度得到了极大的提升,但在校正后,低辉显示均匀度却存在瑕疵,在个别灰度级别上均匀度甚至出现严重恶化现象。本文对校正后低辉均匀度存在的问题和成因进行探讨,并提出在现有硬件基础的条件下,通过改进应用校正系数的软件算法,来改善低辉均匀度效果的方法,并通过软件模拟校正效果,对算法可行性进行了验证。The pixel-level correction has been popularized as a necessary manufacture procedure of high-class LED display. However, although after correction the whole uniformity improves greatly, there are flaws with the uniformity performance of low grey-scales, even serious worsen can be observed at specific few levels. In this article, we discuss the existing problems and causes of low grey-scale uniformity, and present our improving algorithm of the correction factors application. Finally we verified the algorithm through software simulation of correction effect.
