摘 要:逐点校正技术因其可以在不增加任何硬件成本的条件下,显著提高LED屏的均匀度,正逐步走向大规模产业化应用,已成为中高端LED显示屏的必备工序。然而,逐点校正在提高均匀度的同时,也带来了显示屏的亮度损失。应用逐点校正到底会损失多少亮度的问题,在业界受到普遍关注。本文将从逐点校正后为何亮度会损失开始,从亮度校正、亮度加白平衡校正与色度校正三个方面,分别阐述影响校正后显示屏亮度的关键因素,并通过具体的实验数据来演示相关因素与校正后的亮度损失之间的关系。Owing to the distinct improving the display qulity of LED displays, without any hardware cost, pixel-level correction technology is step into large industrialized application process, and becoming a necessary process in the middle-high class LED display manufactures. However, correction brings luminance lost in the meantime of improving display pixels uniformity. With correction how much luminance lost do we have to borne? This is an universal question in the trade. In this article, we will start from the cause of luminance lost, discuss the key factors of which effect the luminance of corrected display in three cases: luminance correction only, luminance and white balance correction, and luminance and chroma correction. The associated data would be demonstrated to illustrate the relations between the factors and the luminance lost degree.
