摘　　要：教育理念具有鲜明的时代性,是教育改革与创新的先导。人才培养模式是一个变化发展的范畴,必然随着时代的进步而不断需要改革与创新。"医+X"人才培养模式正是基于时代教育理念所创建的一种新型模式,其目的是为了培养社会所需的"医+X"人才。该模式是一个系统、动态、开放的人才培养模式,其运行机制应基于多种保障。Education idea has a distinct contemporaneity, and is the precunrsor of education reform and innovation. Talents training pattern is an ever-changing category, it needs to be, reformed and innovated along with the time progress inevitably. The ＂Medicine ＋ X＂ talents training pattern is just one kind of new pattern which is based on the time education idea, and its goal is in order to cultivate ＂Medicine ＋ X＂ talents that the society needs. This is a systemic, dynamic and open pattern. Its operational mechanism should be based on many kinds of safeguards.
