新医改形势下高职高专医学生职业忠诚现状调查与对策分析

摘　　要：在界定高职高专医学生职业忠诚内涵、确定其构成维度的基础上,对新医改形势下高职高专医学生职业忠诚的现状进行了调查。结果发现,高职高专医学生虽有一定的职业忠诚度,但也存在一些不容忽视的问题。通过分析与讨论,就医学高职高专院校如何加强学生职业忠诚教育提出了对策与建议。Based on the definition of medical students＇ vocational loyalty and its cnposition dimensions, this paper conducts a survey to un- derstand the actuality about medical students＇ vocational loyalty. Through the survey, the authors have found that medical students have some vocational loyalty, but also have found some imblerm. This paper also puts forward some possible solutions and suggestiom on how w strengthen the medical vocational college students＇ vocational loyalty by analysis and discussion.
