摘　　要：以社会主义核心价值体系引领、规范与矫正各种社会思潮,主要在于自身的合法化、制度化、心理化与生活化。在具体实践中,必须大力推进理论创新;高度重视高等院校、社会科学研究机构的主阵地作用;充分发挥大众传播媒介尤其是互联网的主渠道作用;依托文化事业与文化产业强化社会主义核心价值体系的话语权;融入到党内文化建设中去,以先进性建设带动基础性建设;积极开展群众性精神文明创建活动。同时积极构建动力机制、保障机制、协调机制,不断完善理论共识形成机制、思想观念整合机制、公民认同机制和舆论引导机制。To lead, and correct various social thoughts with the socialist core value system, we must strengthen the theoretical innovation, give full play to the role of the mass media, especially the role of the internet, mix into the cultural construction of the party, and actively carry out the mass spiritual civilization building activities. At the same time, we should actively construct power mechanism, guarantee mechanism, continuously improve the theoretical consensus formation mechanism, integration mechanism of citizenship identity concept, mechanism and the mechanism of public opinion guiding.
