摘　　要：积极推进党内民主建设是党的十七大提出的一项重要任务。推进党内民主建设应注重五条路径,即通过发挥党员在党内民主建设的主体作用,发挥党的干部在党内民主建设的骨干作用,发挥党的组织对党内民主建设的保证作用,发挥党的制度对党内民主建设的规范和保障作用,借鉴人民民主和现代国际社会民主政治发展的新经验,就能有效地推进党内民主建设。Promoting inner party democracy construction should pay attention to five kinds of path, which are that the party members play a main role in the construction of inner - party democracy, that the party cadres in the construction of democracy play the key role, that the party organizations keep the guarantee, that the partyg system in the inner - party democracy construction plays the role of standards and security, and that learning from the new way of peopleg democracy and modem international social democratic political development can effectively promote the democracy within the party.
