河南省大型企业职工健康意识现状调查研究

摘　　要：通过访问调查、问卷对河南省大型企业职工健康意识现状进行了调查研究。通过调查发现河南省大型企业职工对健康理解存在着长期曲解。《全民健身计划纲要》是我国政府在社会转型期制定的20世纪发展大众体育的行动纲领性文件,而半数以上企业职工对其了解程度仅限于听说和了解,严重限制企业体育的发展。在对企业职工体育价值观念的调查中发现企业职工对体育活动能促进健康,健身价值的选择率是最高的。企业职工的体育态度调查发现35～45岁之间的企业职工中喜欢体育的人数比例最低,这是由于社会阅历、角色冲突、身体、繁重的生活压力等各种因素的限制。This paper did a status quo research on workers＇ healthy consciousness in large - scaleenterprises of Henan by Interviews, questionnaires. Analyzes from the survey results found that the healthy awareness of large en- terprises staff＇s in Henan Province are effected by role conflict, living conditions, life attitudes and cultural quality. The most important reason for them could not to participate in physical exercise are Enterprise employees work inten- sity, ＂too tired＂ and ＂heavy burden of work＂. Time can not guarantee is also an important factor affect workers in healthy consciousness. These three items to be the most important subjective reasons for workers didnt participate in exercises in large - scale enterprises of Henan Province. It reflects workers among the large - scale enterprises in Henan Province who had less time for exercise, heavy workload, and high strength at the present stage.
