摘　　要：文中总结了上海海事空中巡航一年来的实践,借鉴国内外相关单位的空中巡航的建设和运行情况,提出了海事部门空中巡航发展的一些建议。This paper refers to the information collected concerning the practice of aerial maritime patrol surveillance both at home and abroad, summarizes the one year experience concerning aerial maritime patrol surveillance conducted by Shanghai MSA, and finally puts forward some suggestions on the development of aerial maritime patrol surveillance.
