摘  要:本设计主要包含大号数码管控制卡和大号数码管两部分。大号数码管控制卡主要由主芯片sTCl2C5616AD、时钟芯片DSl302和温度传感器DSl8820组成,可以通过按键实现对时间和温度的调节;大号数码管主要由16位恒流LED驱动器MBl5026、电流驱动芯片74HC245D和发光二极管组成,可以实现高亮度显示,同时可以通过按键来控制大号数码管的发光亮度。SPI串行接口可以同时发送、接受串行数据和传输数据速度快的优点克服了传统使用单片机的通过串口接受和发送数据,设计的整体思路是:通过大号数码管控制卡中主芯片STCl2C5616AD的SPI接口来控制大号数码管的显示。The design mainly consists of large LED digital control card and large LED nixie tube. Large LED digital control card is made up of master chip STC12C5616AD, clock chip DS1302 and temperature transmitter DS18B20; which allows the adjustment of time and temperature by key--press. Large LED nixie tube is comprised of 16--channel constant current LED driver MBI5026, current driver IC 74HC245D and LBD, which allows high brightness display and the controlling of brightness through key--press. SPI serial interface has the advantage of sending and receiving serial data simultaneously and transmitting data quickly, which gets over the traditional way of receiving and sending data through serial port using SCM. The integrated design thought is to control the display of large nixie tube through the SPI interface of master chip STC12C5616AD in large LED digital control card.
