摘  要:中厚板轮辐零件是钢制车轮的重要安全承载部件,强度和尺寸精度要求较高,常采用中厚板冲压成形。根据零件的形状特点,采用预冲孔的圆环一步冲压成形,并用Deform软件模拟其成形过程。分析了冲压速度、摩擦条件和凹模圆角半径对成形载荷的影响规律,并设计正交试验得到优化的参数组合。基于优化结果,设计相应的模具工装,通过试验得到合格零件,验证了工艺方案的可行性。Medium plate spokes with high strength and size precision were the safety load- bearing parts of steel wheels, and often made by medium plate stamping. According to the shape characteristics, one-step stamping process of ring blank with pre-punching hole was used and simulated by Deform software. The effects law of stamping speed, friction condi- tions and die fillet radius on the forming load were analyzed. Orthogonal test was designed for the optimization parameter combinations. Based on the optimization results, the process was proved to be feasible by experiment.
