摘  要:以平板型薄壁注塑制件打印机上盖为研究对象,应用Moldflow软件对熔体填充、冷却、流动及塑件翘曲进行模拟,预测出制品未填充满、制品最高温度过高、翘曲量过大等注塑缺陷。通过优化冷却水道直径、布局和浇注系统尺寸,提出优化注塑方案,对优化后方案进行可行性模拟。结果表明,解决了打印机上盖模具设计及成型过程中存在的缺陷,缩短了模具制造周期,降低了成本,提高了生产效率。Researching on the injected thin plates of printer's top cover, moldflow software was used to simulate the melt filling, cooling, flow and plastics warping so as to predict the potential defects in the injecting process. By optimizing the gating system size and cooling channels' diameter and layout, an optimization injection scheme was proposed. Simulating the optimization scheme, the results show that defects in the thin plates about process design and mould design have been fixed. At the mean time, mould manufacturing cycle is shorten that results in lower costs and higher production efficiency.
