摘　　要：建立猪肠衣中螺旋霉素、替米考星、竹桃霉素、泰乐菌素、红霉素、罗红霉素、交沙霉素等7种大环内酯类抗生素残留量的液相色谱-串联质谱测定方法(LC/MS/MS)。样品用甲醇提取,Oasis(HLB)固相萃取柱净化,液相色谱-串联质谱测定,外标峰面积法定量。方法的回收率范围为70.9%～98.4%;相对标准偏差5.8%～17.8%,7种大环内酯类抗生素的检出限均为20μg/kg。A multiresidue method for the detection of 7 macrolides antibiotics （spiramycin, tilmicosin, leandomycin, tylosin, erythromycin, roxithromycin and josamycin） in pig casing is presented .The method use Methanol during the extraction procedure and cleanup step over a Oasis （HLB） SPE cartridge. The analytes are separated and detected by liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry （LC/MS/MS） using external standard method . The recoveries for all 7 macrolides antibiotics was 70.9 %-98.4 %. the relative standard deviation （RSD） of them was 5.8 %-17.8 %. The method limit of detection were 20 μg/kg for all macrolides antibiotics.
