摘 要:采用周期矩形脉冲序列和噪声作用下的单模激光损失模型,将脉冲信号通过傅利叶变换展开为三角函数的形式作为输入信号,并运用线性近似的方法计算得到了输出信号光强的功率谱和信噪比.讨论了系统的随机共振现象,研究结果发现:不仅系统的信噪比随量子噪声关联系数的变化出现了传统的随机共振现象;而且信噪比随脉信号的周期T和脉冲宽度的变化曲线出现了新的随机共振现象,当周期T和脉宽满足/T=1/2时,系统共振最强;周期脉冲信号的振幅越大,共振现象越明显.Considering the loss model of a single-mode laser system driven by periodic pulse trains and noise,we expand rectangular pulse signal to the form of trigonometric function by Fourier transform,and calculate the intensity power and signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) of system by means of linear approximation method.The results show that the phenomenon of typical stochastic resonance is detected in the laser system by virtue of the curves of signal-to-noise rate versus the correlation coefficient λ between the real and imaginary parts of the quantum noise.The curves of and all appear the phenomenon of stochastic resonance,and the resonance reaches the strongest when period and width meet the condition of/T=1/2;with the increase of signal amplitude A,the resonance phenomenon of laser system is more obvious.
