健康教育在治疗手足口病中的作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨手足口病治疗中使用健康教育的效果;方法:将住院患儿分成对照组和观察组,对观察组患儿进行健康教育后,对两组临床相关指标进行比较;结果:观察组患儿及家属普遍提高了对手足口病的认知,并积极主动地参与到治疗与护理的过程中;结论:健康教育提高了患儿及家属对手足口病知识的知晓率,改变了遵医和日常行为,从而减少了并发症的发生,无一例死亡.同时缩短了住院日,降低了住院费用,收到了良好的效果.Purpose： effect of health education in the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease（HFMD）.Method： patients were divided into control group and observation group, and the ones in the observation group were given health education, then two sets of clinical indicators were compared. Result： the patients and their family members got further knowledge about HFMD, and more actively participated in the process of treatment and care.Conclusion： health education attracts patients and their families＇ more attention to HFMD, medical and day-to-day behaviors are accordingly changed, and the incidence of complications is reduced, without death. Simultaneously, the number of days in hospital and the hospitalization cost are decreased.
