摘  要:系统分析了卡拉贝利水利枢纽所在区域的地震活动特征、地震构造以及近场区地震构造,并通过区域潜在震源区的分析研究,科学地评价了地震危险性,合理确定了地震活动性参数,为卡拉贝利水利枢纽工程可行性研究及抗震结构设计提供科学依据。针对高地震区大坝安全设计要求,结合混凝土面板砂砾石坝的特点,在坝体渗流控制、坝体变形控制、大坝抗震结构设计等方面进行了分析研究,借鉴高地震地区砂砾石面板坝建设的成功经验,系统地提出了大坝抗震安全措施。The characteristics of regional seismic activity, the regional seismotectonics and the seismotectonics near the site within the area of th site of Kalabeily Water Control Project are systematically analyzed herein, and then the seismic risk is scientifically assessed and the parameters of the seismic activity are reasonably determined through the relevant analysis and study on the regional potential seismic source zone, which lay a scientific basis for the feasibility study and seismic structural design of the project. To meet the of safety design requirement of dam located in high risk seismic zone, the analysis and study on the aspects such as seepage control and deformation control of dam, seismic structural design of dam, etc. are made in combination with the characteristics of concrete face sand-gravel fill dam, furthermore, the seismic safety measures for the dam are systematically putforward in accordance with successful experiences from the construction of concrete face sand-gravel fill dam located in in high risk seismic zone.
