摘 要:随着我国部分城市水资源供需矛盾的加剧和水质恶化,优水优用逐渐得到重视,统一供水方式被分质供水取代已成为社会发展的必然趋势。根据供水水质、供水尺度、供水范围和供水模式对分质供水进行了分类。结合分类,介绍了我国分质供水发展历程,并从工业用水与生活用水分质供水、中水与自来水分质供水、自来水与纯净水分质供水以及城市范围分质供水等发展等进行了详述,最后总结了目前分质供水在水质、水价和负面效应等方面的主要问题。Following the exacerbation of imbalance between water supply and demand and the deterioration of water quality in a part of cities in China, more and more attention is gradually paid to the optimum utilization of high quality water, and then the replacement of the integrated water supply by the quality-based water supply( dual water supply; similarly hereinafter)becomes an inevitable trend of the social development. The quality-based water supply is classified herein in accordance with the quality, scale, area and mode of water supply. Combined with the classification, the development history of the quality-based water supply is introduced and is expatiated from the aspect of the quality-based water supply for the utilizations such as industrial and domestic uses, the reclaimed water and tap water, the tap water and purified water, the supply for urban range, etc. Finally, the main existing problems from the aspects of water quality, water price, negative effect, etc. of the quality-based water supply are summarized as well.
