摘 要:在研讨超声波变幅杆设计原理和过程的基础上,分析了复合变幅杆的设计方法和过程。根据四端网络的基本原理,推导出有圆锥过渡的阶梯型复合变幅杆的传输特性方程和频率方程。利用CAD/CAE集成技术,采取预设参数和模态分析相结合的方式,解决了复合超声变幅杆在设计时理论上过于深奥,解算时过于复杂的难题,得出了便于实施的复合变幅杆的设计方法。Based on the principles of processing an ultrasonic conveyer, we analyzed and designed an integrated scopevaried conveyer on the grounds of the theoretic principle of quadri-exit nets. So we deduced and obtain the equations of its transferring features and frequency for the integrated taper-transition of a ladder-shaped conveyer. In addition, with integrated CAD/CAE techniques, we adopted ways of integrating both parameter suppositions and the analysis of modes, and approached to the abstruse and theoretically complicated issue in designing an integrated scope-varied conveyer, coming to the solution to the facility of an implemented design of it.
