摘  要:在电子装联中,整机布线的操作方法大概可分为工装式布线、样板式布线及计算机三维布线3种方法。本文详细介绍了这3种布线的操作方法及优缺点。通过对比分析,提出了三维布线在电子设备整机布线中的优越性。以Pro-Cabling三维布线为例,介绍了Pro-Cabling三维布线以及目前所存在的缺陷,并根据自身实际经验,提出相应的措施,弥补了三维布线存在的缺陷,使Pro-Cabling三维布线所生成的工艺文件对生产现场更具指导性。In assembling electronic devices, the wiring methods were divided into tooling wiring, board wiring and computer three-dimensional wiring. This paper introduced the three wiring methods and the advantages and disadvantages in details. Through comparison and analysis, highlighted the superiority of the three-dimensional wiring in electronic equipment wiring, and then took the Pro-Cabling three-dimensional wiring as an example, introduced the Pro-Cabling three dimensional wiring and the current existence of the defects, and in accordance with their own actual experience, put forward the corresponding measures to make up for that, thus making Pro-Cabling three-dimensional wiring the generated process files on the production site has more directive meanings.
