摘　　要：目的总结河南省全球基金疟疾项目前期进展情况,为科学实施消除疟疾行动计划以及开展考核评估提供依据。方法收集整理2010～2011年各项目县疟疾防治工作资料,汇总分析。结果项目启动以来共完成"三热"病人血检801 389例,治疗疟疾病人和疑似疟疾病人4 611人次,开展主动病例侦查11 036次,疫点处理1 546个,各级项目督导4 102次。结论项目的实施推进了疟防工作的开展,为如期实现消除疟疾目标创造了良好的条件。Objectives To summarize the previous status of malaria control supported by the Global Fund to Fight Malaria in Henan Province and to provide scientific evidence for Henan to implement an Action Plan to Eliminate Malaria and assess that plan.Methods Data on malaria prevention work from 2010-2011 in 90 counties were collected and analyzed;measures and effects of malaria control were evaluated.Results Once the program was implemented,blood smears from a total of 801,389 febrile patients were examined,and 4,611 patients were treated for malaria or suspected malaria.In total,11,036 active cases were detected,IRS was done in 1,546,and M＆E was performed in 4,102.Conclusion The program has expanded malaria control efforts,which should lead to favorable conditions for the goal of eliminating malaria to be achieved on schedule.
