摘　　要：三峡水库蓄水运用后,长江与洞庭湖的关系出现了新变化,深入研究江湖变化特性,有利于维护健康长江和洞庭湖防洪、供水与生态安全。辩证论述了洞庭湖在长江流域防洪、水资源利用、中游地区经济发展以及维护生态环境等方面的重要性,同时指出了三峡工程对于保障洞庭湖防洪安全的支撑作用。提出了加紧研究科学调整江湖关系的措施,加强研究三峡及干支流控制性水库群联合调度的方案,强化改善湖区水环境和维护湿地生态系统的管理理念。对于促进洞庭湖区的和谐发展与维护湖区生态安全,具有一定的指导意义。After the impoundment and operation of TGP, new changes occur in the relationship between Yangtze River and Dongting Lake. Taking further research on the characteristics of river - lake relationship would benefit the maintenance of healthy Yangtze River and the flood control, water supply and ecological safety of Dongting Lake. The importance of Dongting Lake in the flood control and water resources utilization, economic development of middle region and ecological environment maintenance of Yangtze River Basin is discussed dialectically. Meanwhile, the supporting role of TGP in ensuring the flood control safety of Dongting Lake is pointed out. It is proposed that we should hasten the research of measures to adjust the river - lake relationship scientifically, enhance the study of joint operation scheme of TGP and controlling reservoirs in main stream and tributary, and strengthen the management concept of improving water environment and maintaining the ecological system of wet land in the lake region. It is of guiding significance to improvement of harmonious development and maintenance of ecological safety in Dongting Lake Region.
