摘  要:丹江口大坝加高工程帷幕补强灌浆,是在细微裂隙发育且多次复灌并在水库蓄水的高水头条件下进行的,技术环节十分复杂。系统介绍了丹江口大坝在高水头条件下帷幕补强灌浆的难点与特点。为了探求经济有效的灌浆形式和灌浆方式,设计了试验方案,分析了帷幕补强灌浆中不同灌浆形式、不同待凝时间和不同段长的灌浆效果,并进行了水泥浆液扩散试验,研究了丙烯酸盐灌浆工艺的若干关键技术问题。确定了适用于丹江口大坝高水头帷幕补强灌浆特点且经济有效的灌浆形式、灌浆方法和快速施工工艺。The strengthening grouting for the curtain of Danjiangkou dam heightening works is carried out in fine crevice devel- oped rocks and re - grouted rock mass under high water head, which is complicated technologically. The difficulties and features of strengthening grouting under high water head of Danjiangkou Reservoir are introduced. In order to explore the economic and ef- fective grouting mode and method, the experiment schemes are deigned; the grouting effect of different grouting modes, coagula- tion time and segment lengths are analyzed. The experiment of cement slurry diffusion is carried out and some key technical prob- lems in the propylene hydrochloride grouting are studied. The economic and effective grouting mode, method and quick construc- tion technology aimed at the characteristics of strengthening grouting technology of curtain with high water head of Danjiangkou Dam are determined.
