摘 要:采用滑移网格技术对直叶片垂直轴风机风轮进行二维非定常数值模拟,获得在不同风轮设计参数下风轮的转矩。通过以风轮功率最大为性能指标,选取对风轮功率有直接影响的叶片安装半径、叶片弦长、叶片数和叶片高度四个主要因素作为自变量,采用正交试验优化设计方法对风轮参数进行优化,对正交试验结果进行极差分析。结果表明直叶片垂直轴风机风轮空气动力性能最优的一组风轮参数为R=1.05m,N=5,C=0.14m,H=1.4m。所得到的最优解与一般优化设计所得的结果类似,能够达到对直叶片垂直轴风机风轮进行优化的目的。2D numerical simulation on unsteady rotated flow of a small straight-bladed vertical axis wind turbine is carried on based on moving meshes by means of the software Fluent.The torque of the wind turbine is obtained under different designing parameters.The maximum power of the wind turbine is selected as the performance target.The fix radius of the blade, the blade chord, the number of the blade and the height of the blade have great influence on the power of the wind turbine, and the four main factors are selected as variables.A n orthogonal experiment optimum design methodology is adopted for optimizing the parameters of the wind turbine.The orthogonal experiment result is processed by the range analysis.The conclusion can be made that the optimum parameters on the rotor by orthogonal experiment optimum design are R=1.05m,N=5,C=0.14m,H=1.4m.The optimum solution is similar to the solution by other optimum designs. It can gain the goal to optimize the straight-bladed vertical axis wind turbine.
