摘 要:桥式起重机是一类实现物料吊运的重要辅助设备。作为主要承载部分,桥架结构的设计尤为重要。针对LDA单梁桥式起重机,利用有限元技术对整机桥架结构进行了强度计算,分析了典型工况下变形和应力的分布状况,了解到桥架危险截面不仅仅是跨中部位,端梁尤其是主端梁连接部位的应力状况更加复杂,研究了工字钢下翼缘局部弯曲应力和扭转问题,发现对于LDA单梁桥式起重机葫芦车轮的安装质量对桥架结构的受力状况的影响很大,为该种结构的设计和维护提出了若干建议。Bridge crane is a kind of important auxiliary equipment to realize the lifting of materials. As the main bearing parts, bridge structure design is particularly important.LDA single girder crane is the main focus point,first,the strength of the bridge structure was calculated by the finite element analysis technology and then the deformation and stress distribution of the typical working conditions was analyzed, and the realization that the dangerous section of bridge is not in the cross areas, but the girders connection between girders parts of the stress condition which is more complex,finally,the bending stress and reverse problem of beams was studied under local , finding that for LDA single girder crane, wheels gourd installation quality is of great influence to the stress impact of bridge structure ,giving some suggestions for the design and maintenance of this structure.
